To Place a Tap Port on Pipe

Select the Create Tap option from the Olets gallery.

Pick a pipe segment in the drawing.

By default the cursor will snap to one of the endports of the pipe.

Use the mouse to select a location along the pipe length for the tap port.

Enter a point to determine the rotation for the tap port.

Once you determine the rotation direction, the tap port symbol is displayed in the drawing.
